Talk about method acting: Tom Holland<\/strong> really is Peter Parker.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old British star played a little\u00a021 Jump Street<\/em> while preparing for his role in\u00a0Spider-Man: Homecoming<\/em> by pretending to be a new\u00a0student at a New York City high school.<\/p>\n

Holland revealed his undercover operation in a Facebook Live<\/a> session Friday.<\/p>\n

“The coolest thing I think I did for the movie was I was enrolled in a high school in New York, in the Bronx, as a secret,” he said. “No one knew who I was or what I was doing. I had a fake name, a fake accent. I went to school for three days, I think. It was really fun.”<\/p>\n

“It was really interesting because New York high schools are so different than the schools that I went to in London,” he said. “When I went to school, you had to wear a suit and tie and it’s all boys and for me, it was the first time I was in a classroom with girls. It was like a really strange experience. It was really fun.”<\/p>\n
