NGradio So good... like you
Season 3 of The Lincoln Lawyer may have ended with a shocking finale that left everything up in the air — but you can breathe a sigh of relief, because Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) isn’t the kind of guy to keep you hanging on that cliff forever.
As announced during the official Next on Netflix event, Mickey will ride once again in a fourth season of The Lincoln Lawyer, the drama series based on the novels by Michael Connelly about LA’s most dedicated defense attorney. Season 4 will consist of 10 episodes and will be based onthe sixth book in Connelly’s The Lincoln Lawyer series, The Law of Innocence. The new episodes will rev up for production in February.
Fan favorite Garcia-Rulfo will return as Mickey Haller, alongside Becki Newton (Lorna), Jazz Raycole (Izzy), and Angus Sampson (Cisco). Neve Campbell (Maggie McPherson) is also set to return for all episodes of the new season.
After the bloodbath of Season 3, there’s very little we can assume about Season 4, but we were left with tons of questions. What consequences will the deaths of key characters have? Which cast members will return? And what will happen to Mickey after his trunk was opened by the cops? Co-executive producer and co-showrunner Ted Humphrey told Tudum in October 2024, before Season 4 was announced, “As far as what it all means, hopefully we will be able to show you in Season 4. But clearly, the only thing Mickey could be thinking is, ‘WTF?’ ”
It’ll be tough for even the slickest attorney in LA to talk his way out of that one, but fans will get to see him put up a fight. Check back at Tudum for all the latest developments about Mickey and his team, and in the meantime, brush up on your case files by watching the first three seasons of The Lincoln Lawyer, streaming only on Netflix.
