Microsoft proudly announced the full rollout of Skype Translator to all Windows users, allowing real-time voice-to-voice translated conversations using seven different languages. Sony's PlayStation 4 is once again the hottest-selling gaming console in the United States. The Japanese consumer electronics maker said the PS4 was the top seller in the US in November, citing data from research firm NPD Group.
